Nérém Zi̋y Nêōw (/nɜ̂ːiːm/ /zɪ̋iː/ [oral] [parcel; package; bundle]) is a subtropical Town located in the Doûvnḱínts̄r Region of the Confederation of Goblin Tribes.

The name Nérém Zi̋y Nêōw is derived from the Goblin language, as Nérém Zi̋y Nêōw was founded by Mog̈îd Gîj Tsèshî Trêd Tselêm Titan Centipedes Giant Assassin Spiders, who was culturaly Goblin.

Climate

Nérém Zi̋y Nêōw has a yearly average temperature of 22°C (71°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 30°C (86°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 14°C (57°F). Overview

Nérém Zi̋y Nêōw was founded durring the early 15th century in spring of the year 1449, by Mog̈îd Gîj Tsèshî Trêd Tselêm Titan Centipedes Giant Assassin Spiders. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Mog̈îd Gîj Tsèshî Trêd Tselêm Titan Centipedes Giant Assassin Spiders.

Nérém Zi̋y Nêōw was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Nérém Zi̋y Nêōw is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.

Astonishigly, the budget focused millitary grade defenses are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.

A look around Nérém Zi̋y Nêōw makes you wonder how anything ever gets done. The locals have clear, obvious rivalries with one another, as seen through clenched teeth and fake smiles. What’s more, there is a serious lack of any organization and planning in Nérém Zi̋y Nêōw’s layout as well as the local’s behaviors. The town seems to be a den of chaos where tongues are forked and local customs do not exist.

Nérém Zi̋y Nêōw possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.

Nérém Zi̋y Nêōw has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Nérém Zi̋y Nêōw's natural decorations nor waterways.

Nérém Zi̋y Nêōw has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Nérém Zi̋y Nêōw has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.

Cultural Notes

The locals have cut a deal with some unspeakable entity, trading some form of tribute (benign of horrific) in exchange for the being’s forbearance or assistance. Outsiders may be ignorant of the bargain, or they may know that the community is in thrall but be too fearful of its master to take action against them. The creature likely serves as a protector as well as a tyrant, so the locals may be content with the deal even if it doesn’t offer any further inducement or aid.

Nérém Zi̋y Nêōw's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.

In Nérém Zi̋y Nêōw sometimes, near one of the seasonal solstices, the sun appears to split into three and it rains from a clear sky for several hours.

The Amoeba Swarm near Nérém Zi̋y Nêōw are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.

Nérém Zi̋y Nêōw's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves destroying a prepared ritual vessel to channel Wild Magic energies of tier 3 via throat singing.
